The Stellar Care Family Caregiver Services Program is designed to provide families with the resources and support they need to care for their loved ones in the comfort of their own homes.
Through the HCBS DD/SLS waivers and some services offered through Community First Choice, caregivers can receive compensation for the care they provide, ensuring that loved ones receive the personalized attention they deserve, while caregivers receive the support and recognition they need.
