The goal of Stellar Care Supported Employment is to help individuals with disabilities who want to work gain meaningful employment within their communities.

Through our partnership with the Department of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR), Stellar Care guides participants through the employment process and helps remove barriers that may impact career success.

Through personalized guidance and on-the-job support, we help individuals achieve their employment goals and thrive in the workforce.
